Preliminary data shows a consumer confidence index of 76.2, while consensus expects 80.8, up from 79 in the previous month. The number of consumer expectations was 69.9, the consensus was 75.7 and December was 74. Finally, the index for the current economic situation is 86.2, 88 by consensus and 86.7 in December.
